This is what happens when you allow the state to manage  the land same thing happened in the state of texas  federal land turned over to the state and now very little public land left we as sportsman need to  make sure that doesn't happen here just saying.

My cartoon was in reference to the amount of trash being left up there.  We (John Q Public) are leaving it there.  We (John Q Public) are responsible for that mess - the enemy is us.  The state is not a player at Porcupine.  It is 100% private.

No disrespect intended, but from my point of view, the state (Utah) is doing a pretty good job of providing 46 State Parks with a bunch of them coming from the Feds turning over some properties they own.  You can dislike them if you want.  I salute them and thank them for providing me with some pretty sweet fishing venues.  Just sayin'.  ?
