So I got looking through the 2024 stocking report and seen some really interesting news... I know it was mentioned in another report that they have stocked Mac's in Porcupine, which I think will be a really fun option up there for future fishing.. However, it may take ten years to get good, but I like the potential, just hope I will still be able to fish that pond by then... Then the other surprise to me, they planted a bunch of tiny wiper in Hyrum... I love catching wiper and I know they have done very well in similar ponds across the state, so I'm really hoping they survive and do well... Probably five years before that will turn into anything, but I love seeing the new things the division is trying, even if they did seem to give up on trout in Hyrum... I feel bad about that, it was a great fishery for bows, but hopefully it will be a good wiper pond someday... later J
When things get stressful think I'll go fish'en and worry about it tomorrow!
