You've already stated you will not comply. But, just in case you're actually serious, then there is a set of guidelines addressing that subject. To be street legal in Utah, an OHV must meet the following requirements:
- Display a current OHV registration sticker when operated or transported on public lands or roads.
- Have the required safety equipment.
- Pass a state safety inspection.
- Carry proper insurance.
- Be able to safely reach and operate all controls.
- Have an OHV education certificate or a valid driver's license.
- Be under direct adult supervision if the operator is under 18.
- Meet additional requirements to become street legal.
I'm done here. You obviously have a problem with Utah's OHV registration requirements. Comply; don't comply. Either way, I'm not losing any sleep over your anti-government attitude regarding OHVs.
