We fished Bear Lake today and water temp was 39F and we took off our coats by 0900 and were peeling off layers the rest of the day. Unless it really gets cold and stay that way for a few weeks it will be surprising if Bear Lake freezes this year. (Oh, the fishing was good today too!)
