Is it going to Freeze this Winter?

Made it up to causey this morning. Ice had grown a bit. Found 9-10in in the dam area. More than half that being clear. Edges firmed up good where there's been traffic. 9deg when I got there and 26 when I left. No bites today as I was fishing blind for 3hrs cause I left the fish finder battery on the work bench. Oh well beat being at work for sure.

Fished out in the middle from the dam. Then worked some shallower areas closer to shore before calling it

Thats the area we use to fish and most of the fish seemed to be closer to shore in 6 to 15 fow . We would fish the deeper water as well, hoping for a koke or two to come by but we rarely caught fish deeper than 15 ft.
