Down here everyone like to harvest. Except for some of us C&R guys. It gets to where people would take as many as they wanted. Now they have a limit of one per day per person on the boat.
What really sucks is that now they allow boat limits. Meaning that you personally can catch up to the limit of how many people may be on the boat. That is also bad news for the fish. At least they put a size limit on them as well. That will help the smaller ones to get bigger.
