Welcome to the Idaho Board Bassmaster89.
I've looked long and hard for reservoir and stream flow info for Idaho. The best gaging station that I have found for the Onieda Narrows is the one on the Bear River that is on the Idaho/Utah boarder. You would think that there would be one below Oneida Reservoir but there isn't one on the net that I have found.

Currently the Bear River is at 497 cfs at the Idaho-Utah Boarder. From the Realtime site you can also get graphs and other data from that gage station.
