Left the boat home and hit the Gorge today to shorefish in the snow. I started at Anvil, with no luck, and kept moving south. I finally found some fish around Sheep Creek. I ended up catching 5 fish. The largest was just over 21". I used a worm and a marshmellow with a slip sinker. All the fish I caught were males, I wonder why. Anyone know when the kokanees will start hitting?
