Yes the hudson has its problems with pcb's in two years they are going to dredge the upper hudson and pull out an area that has a large concentration of pcb. Right now it is buried under silt. A lot of people keep the stripers and cook them up, I myself do not I don't trust it. It's bad enough that the goverment says to only eat one meal a month out of some lakes and streams in NY. The stripers are only in the river a short time and that's what people rationalize the eating of them by.

Those zebra muscles are a real problem but I do my part and keep my boat clean. Wed. night I will give it another try for a striper. Next weekend is going to be all booked up so I don't think I can get out then.
