road to East Canyon

I just got back into town from a week-long trip across the country and I am ready to do some fishing! Does anyone know if the road from Parley's over to East Canyon is open yet? I'm thinking putting the canoe on the water for the first time tomorrow. It sounds like EC is producing some trolling action.
