Ok, you need to go to the Center Street bridge by the state park in provo, then turn north and follow that road around back towards the east for approximately 1 mile (to the very next parking area where the road meets thr river. Park there, then walk down the trail downstream about 1/4 mile until you see a little shack on the left between the river and the trail. Fish right there (it's the June Sucker egg taking station). The white bass usually spawn in huge numbers there and can often be seen in big schools swimming around in the water.
