Yuba walleyes how are they going to stock them?

I was just curious how the DWR is going to restock the eyes at yuba.I wonder if they can just stock a few at a time from starvation since its overpopulated.Maybe they can breed at yuba and help save some of our tax dollars.Since they netted a ton of them some years ago and used them for fertilizer maybe they can transport some of the healthy females and males to yuba and replant them.What is everyones opinion on the restocking of yuba?I am just curious to know!
