the boat ramp? the boat ramp is high and dry dude.. were you fishing down by the the dam the other day?if so you will find that the north side or if you want the boat ramp side would be better fishing right now.. and ez'er to get to as well.. if you stop in at big pine they have minnow traps there(well at lest they did last year) good luck to you dude!!
