That ice tip is good sound advice for any one transporting fish or other game.
It is a good pratice every one should get in the habit of if they want to keep their meats free of bacteria. even meets from home should be caried backed in ice for your days out in the park. just slip it in to freezer bags and you are good to go.
This pratice could prevent all most every case of salmanila this 4th.
