[cool][blue][size 1]I agree with you. Largies over a couple of pounds are usually not prime eating. The best way to fix them is to cut the fillets in smaller pieces for frying "fish and chips" style. They are also good when baked whole, with the appropriate seasonings. Still another good way to fix large fillets is to slit them and stuff them with crab or shrimp and then bake or oven broil them.[/size][/blue]
