Starvation report

Sorry WH2, no report to give on the Browns. Wished I'd popped a couple goodin's but they seem to be more close mouthed than anything else in there. I did give em a whirl tho'. I was tubin' in the Knight Hollow area. Its not quite as popular as other areas as far as PWC and water skiers go. At one one however the PWC and skier piled in the area. The water in the main channel was getting bounced around pretty good. They all sorta reminded me of a bunch of water skeeters skippin' around the water. I was ducked back in a cove so I wasnt bathered to much and had my back to it all most of the time. I then heard a set of twin outboards coming in and turned just in time to see the State Park Rangers showing up. As they arrived it was like the parting of the Sea. Those skeeters gave the Rangers a very wide birth but as soon as the Rangers had left the skiers and PWC's jumped right back in place like water skeeters do.[laugh]

BTW all, I seen very little caught from shore other than very small smallies so if you happen to make the drive I'd suggest working the mud lines too..
