Nice to have you here. Sorry to say I don't know a lot about the ponds in the north metro area. I live down south near Chatfield. However, the Colorado Division of Wildlife puts out a booklet called "Fishing Close To Home" that lists all the metro area ponds and small lakes that are public, the species in each, etc. I think it costs around $7 or so, but it's well worth it. Lots of bait/tackle shops have it. You can also order it from the DOW website:
