Leaky,
Steinaker has been producing on jigs all summer. I caught a few toads a week ago on buzzbaits, but you have to be on the water at dawn and it's all over by 9:30. By late august they should be hitting crankbaits hard. The waters low, so it should be good. Red Fleet is a tough one. It has a lot big big largemouth, but they aren't easy. Your best bet is to fish top water at night near structure. As for the Gorge, the rocks around Mustang are always easy access and a steady pick. Just go deeper than you would in the spring. Also, hit cranks in tight at dawn. Spring Creek near Antelope flat always seems to have big fish also. Hope this helps. Good luck.
