[#0000ff]About the space behind the seat: It is not a dry storage area. Water does slosh in and out, so if you want to keep something dry in there it needs to be in a waterproof wrapper or container. It works good for a small cooler. You can also seal up some extra tackle in a plastic container with a sealable lid. It's also a good place to keep a jacket or raincoat if weather conditions are subject to change. Again, just be sure that whatever you tuck back there is in a waterproof cover.[/#0000ff]
