Thanks everyone! I took it out on Saturday morning to the "bubble up" on Utah Lake for a 'shakedown cruise.' It was wierd not to see these massive pontoons on either side of me. It will be much easier to land fish in the FC4. Unfortuneately I wasn't able to practice landing fish on Saturday.
The portability was everything I had hoped it to be. I inflated it within 2 minutes and didn't break a sweat (which is saying something). I portaged it a fair hike to the water and back without too much effort (I even had my fish finder in the pockets). When I got back to the car, it was in my trunk deflated within a few seconds.
It was very easy to maneuver. Now to test out it's fish towing capabilities . . .
