Willard Report 8/9/04

normally I don't keep a lot of fish, but I have a bunch of family coming out this week and they all love fish. Plus I have been out on willard a few times and have seen days where there were tons of wipers caught and released and when the fishing was extremely slow so I know I am not going to hurt the wiper population much by keeping my limit this once. I practice catch and release when I feel a water is in need of some help and I don't need or want the meat, but when I do need and or want the meat then I keep my limit or as much as I will use and then let the rest go,
