I'll have to agree with Perch master and MGB on this one, but that doesn't mean I don't understand why you guys keep all those wipers. If that is all you keep for the whole year it won't hurt the fishery but the problem is people that go out and keep all the fish the catch all the time. It is one of the reasons there will never be any big wipers in Willard and by big I mean bigger than the state record. I hope the day comes soon when the DWR puts a slot limit on Willard, with a limit of one wiper over 20 inches and no more than a two wipers limit. That being said, it looks like you three had a great day at Willard, the best I've seen for wipers that size this year.
Petty- it looks like you got the Willard jinx off you and what a way the do it, enjoy it, days like that are few and far between. WH2
