i agree with you curt the limit is to high. when the dwr went from 2 wipers to 6 i think they jumped the gun. a slot limit? i hate to say it but that sounds like a good idea to. we had one over 20 that went back in yesterday. as far as keeping fish. on most days i dont. like last saturday nothing went home. but today i just felt like eating fish. i help pay for the fish with lic, 2 pole permit, state prk pass and so on. im sure all of you have keeped fish before.
