DKS, I'm sure your wife's salsa will be appreciated, we'll have to get together for a slasa bash and recipe trade-off sometime. Which means I better start writing them down. I think you'd like the latest generation of salsa I cooked up. Peach & apricot, both smashing success according to the palet test from the family and friends.
