Thanks for the info. Wonder why no one jigs for them there? Does the lake have enough structure that they hold in particular areas or do they cruise open water all the time? Or is it simply fisherman preference?

I can't help you with Boulder Reservoir. I haven't fished it in 30+ years. If you post a question about it, I'm sure you'll get responses from people who know something.
