Filets - skinned[/#000000][/font][/left] [left][font "Times New Roman"][#000000]in a sauce pan sauté Veggies and butter until ala dente. Take a 9 x 14 2" deep baking pan. Homemade tomato gravy (sauce) 1/2" gravy in bottom of pan, put filets in pan on top of gravy. After Veggies are done spoon veggies over filets. cover filets and veggies with tomato gravy. bake in pre heated oven at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes
