Perch in Pineview

Where in the world have they gone (the pineview perch)? 3 years ago I was catching tons there, 2 years ago - NONE, in one trip. I need to get out on that ice so bad it hurts. Saturday is my day. Probably be at Hyrum and will give a report, assuming the ice is okay. Those perch have tappered off too. Lets hope they are like plagues of locusts and come in spurts. Any theories out there? Thanks!
