I love to get away from crowds and have walked 2-3 miles before to get away from people but my son-in-laws brother is bringing his 8 and 10 year old daughters so I think I'm not going to far, at least in the morning. I think they'll pack up by noon or before and I don't stop fishing till dark, thankfully they're driving separate. Do you catch your own minnows and prepare them yourself? I'm going with several packages of chub minnows, anything extra I could do with them and what's the best way to hook them on a jig? This forum is great cause you can get feedback from several people and everybody is helpful.
