being a construction worker i know these sighns all to well,one thing i have noticed is the 20+ years working in the sun is urination,if you are not "going" as much as you usually do,drink more,chills,when you do get out of the sun and you get the chills similar to being in the winter without a coat, time to take a time out for atleast an hour
