I somewhat agree. It's the parents responsibility to watch over what their kids do. I know its hard, my parents had a hell of a time with me, even tho computers were in the si-fi only a dream when I was growing up. I had control over what my kids did. I think it will only get worse if the government gets involved. I will cause they hi-tech people to creat aways around it. Leave it alone and let the parents be responsible for their kids.
