The term "bubble up" is still used for the location but its bit misleading. In days of old the water from Geneva's settling pond closest to the lake would simply enter the lake by way of a hole facing upwards at the waters edge, hence "the bubble up". Now however the water from the settling pond is feed into the lake by way of a long pipe at the same location but its merely an extention to "the bubble up". The bubble up is found along the west side of the dike just south on Lindon Harbor. Most folk access it by way of the south end of the dike between the settling pond and Utah lake..
