Berkley Power Stuff worth the cost????
#5
Depends on what you buy. I fish a lot of their minnow baits in streams and lakes around here and if you hear me or see me refer to minnow baits, thats usually what I'm fishing with. I got turned on to them for smallies and I'm sold. I catch more and bigger fish fishing in rivers with those things and I catch fish on minnows rigged all sorts of ways when I'm bass fishing. Bass, bluegill, all sorts of trout, white bass, perch, carp, and whitefish are the species I can remember catching on them. I'm sure walleye will hit them and probably catfish too if you left them sit in the lake with some garlic scent or something. I find that the fish hold them longer than flukes or bass assassin products and they are actually pretty durable. I fish their powerbait stuff up in the Uintas and it works when nothing else will. Thats just my experience but in a tough situation, Berkely minnows are my money bait. I haven't fished much with Power Jerk shads but I will get a bag and see if they are as good as some of the other stuff... just because it never hurts to expand the arsenal.... [cool]
