Oh yes you did, just getting out on the water beats baby sitting hands down. LOL
As a father of 5 I had them all on the water by that age. Only problem (if you can call it that) is you don't fish they do. You spend your time tying and untangling lines. Coaching landing techneques and listeninng to the girls squrim over the worms. Ahhh those were the days. Waiting on grandkids to be old enough now LOL.
