Uintas Grandaddy Lakes?

Thanks for the advice. I've never actually fly fished, I just bought a rod, reel and line. Can anyone advise me on a good fly shop that can give me some pointers or take the time to show me a few things. I live in West Jordan so anything in the SLC Valley would be nice.
