Been thinking it over, LB is rocky & buggy and usually pretty busy, I might see you all there but I just might stake out a camping spot over below Pelican Point instead. The beach is not as rocky, and everytime I've been there, there wern't near as many bugs. And then a lot of the time there is nobody around to bug you when you're fishing! We got buzzed a couple times by some jet skiers, but for most of the time they gave us a wide berth. I've been there twice this year and both times we had the water to ourselves. The only people there were camping and 4 wheeling. You could drive right to the beach. I haven't been there since the heavy run-off and rain back in April.
