My initial ticket was $74 but then I had to pay the court fees as well so it totaled $106.

I didn't go in I just payed it. The only thing I can see why your buddy's was so hi is, I don't think you can actually fish with 2 poles at the Berry. Utah Lake you can if you purchase that $15 license.
