There's one in Orem (well, Vineyard, really) called Holdaways Hunts or something like that (they do mostly pheasants but I think they also do a few chuckars as well). They are located off of 400 South in Orem, head west on Orem 400 South, cross Geneva Rd. and head down to the the end. There is a sign at the junction of 400 S Orem and Geneva Rd. I don't know how much they charge per bird.
