Strawbery 11-02 Report

Several years ago the only way I fished Strawberry was by tube (I couldn't afford a boat then) and had good success this time of year with flies. My favorites were black crystal buggers, white streamers and various large muddler patterns. We used to get into Horse Creek because its fairly protected from the wind and you can get to a shore quickly if the weather turns. Caught a ton of cuts in there and a great big 'bow (like 10 lb) around Thanksgiving. Better use the 5mm's at least this time of year!
