I worked at Checker part time and I loved it (most of the time) but I had to quit when one day I came home and the kids started throwing rocks at my truck because they thought I was a stranger, Ha Ha.
Now I just have become the Dairy Whore, it made me $12k more than base pay (hourly wagex40hrsx52weeks) last year. $23+hr on overtime sure beets $9.50 at checker. The funny thing is it's still not enough, I wish I had been smart enough to go to collage.[crazy]
Oh well, at least I have a roof over my head, and a car to drive to work.[
