I have an internet job posting website for people in my profession (GIS - [url "http://www.gisconnection.com"]www.gisconnection.com[/url]). It's my play income and requires no time at all. I've had it since 1997- that's when I spent the time to develop it. Now I just sit back and let people post jobs/resumes and collect the $$$. I just wish I would have had a bigger vision- no wonder Monster is worth so much.
HFT- ever thought doing the net thing? Just have an internet store and nothing local? It's so easy to ship from your own house these days you wouldn't even have to leave your house to ship.
