I fished with Jim the first time this year in some nasty conditions. Intense is the correct word to use when describing the attitude you need to have if you are going to be successful using his services. He kept us over the fish and shared much more about catching the big ones than I would have expected from a guide. I will use his services again, and was pleased with the whole experience. I know he has some disagreements or personality conflicts with some on BFT, but the bottomline I believe is that he is a solid guy and an excellent guide.
