strawberry advice on a snowmobile
#4
Well, my truck got stuck in the middle of the parking to start off. It took 10 mins and a shovel to get myself free. I spent another half hour debating about fishing. Conditions sucked before hitting the water(slush), blowing snow made visibility cruddy.

I went in between the store and the Lodge down the hill. There was a path heading towards the point with half-dozen guys freezing their butts off. I went down and took a right trudging along in calf deep of bog. I found a harden area about 50 yards north of the pumphouse. I proceed to make myself an island before drilling my only hole. In four and half hours, I put 6 on the deck, came unbuttoned 3 others times, stripped another 3 times, and jeffed more than I can count. Thank goodness for sonar! Yeah!

I got to kickback and read four chapters, plus eat my lunch in peace and W... Once the Artifical Sun was up, it was all good. I was comfortable and ready to relax. It was 25* when I arrived about 8:45. And, 30* when I was leaving a little after 3pm. It ain't cold enough to solidify the slush.
