That Art Shell rumor flys alot when the raiders are seeking a coach. Not sure if I believe or not, but I would love to see him come back!
I would like to see Mike Tice come over now that he is free from the vikings. I think he could get the raiders more disiplined then Turner could which would cut down on the penalties and with Moss, Porter, and Collins (as much as I cant stand him) I think he would get the passing game up to par.
