I've also heard that Jim Fassel is a possibility. Evidently he's got ties to Al and the bay area and of course has been involved with collins in the past. I think I'd rather see Tice rather than Fassel. At this point it's anyone's guess. I think all Raider fans would like to see Shell back at the helm. Heck, Al Davis himself has been quoted as saying he regreted letting Shell go in 94 after they went 9-7.
