I'm not too familiar with those road numbers, but I would either go over Parleys and around to Henefer and then south to the lake or come up to weber canyon and go to either Morgan or Henefer. I guess it depends on which way is closer for you. The road from mountain dell area is closed and I don't know if that Jeremy ranch road gets maintained or not. If you stay on the interstate (80 & 84) they will be taken care of.
