] Thanks to Tubedude for sharing the chowder recipe. I've been looking for a good chowder recipe to try with perch, and maybe crappie, bluegill, striper when I make my annual trip to Lake Powell with a bunch of the guys.
Now if I can just catch some perch! TIC!
