[cool][#0000ff]I saw DWR rep Drew Cushing on Channel 2 news last night, talking about that issue. I do not recall the exact reason why they had surplus trout, but I seem to recall that they are fish from hatcheries that have whirling disease and cannot be planted into state waters where WD does not exist.[/#0000ff]
