Any one ever built a trailer?

Hey, glad to hear that old boat is still floating for you. Is the old motor still going, too?

As I mentioned, we used to haul that thing in the bed of our pickup, then carry it down to the lake. If you are wanting a trailer to launch it from, the one thing I would suggest is go light weight, and make sure the bearings, axles, and electrical can take the water. You might be better off to keep your eye out for an old boat or other small trailer of some kind that is for sale. They show up quite regularly on KSL, classified ads, etc, and are usually only around $100. It would save you hours of work, too. You don't need anything fancy, or even a perfect fit, for a boat that size. Just something that will haul it.
