5 yr. old float tuber issues

Thanks TD. Its a round tube, but for 10 bucks I figured I could make a project out of it. If it turns into a Frankenstein oh well, only 10 bucks. The swing seat is a good idea. I'm working on a way for her to sit higher but the only place we will probably go is a small pond out of the wind. She is very excited, there is no backing out now.
