Trash fish or Game fish?

I live in Utah too, but I have the wonderful benefit of having a neighbor that will eat any fish. No fish ever goes to waste. We were teaching some kids to fish last year and we took them up of the dock at Renegade on the other side of strawberry. We let them catch suckers as fast as they could throw the hook in the water. My neighbor was thrilled. Everyone had a good time.
